High-Protein Diet
High-Protein Vegetarian Meals
High-protein vegetarian meals that hit the number without meat or fish.
I'm not vegetarian, but meat doesn't have to be part of every high-protein meal. Without chicken, beef, fish, and other easy protein anchors, though, you have to be a little more intentional about where the protein is coming from.
For these recipes, I lean on ingredients like eggs, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cheese, beans, lentils, and other protein-rich foods. The goal isn't simply to make something meatless and call it high-protein. Each recipe still needs to deliver a meaningful amount of protein while being something you'd actually want to make and eat.
